In short

If you have seen spam, phishing, malware or any other abuse coming from a site, domain or mailbox hosted on our server, write to abuse@webarz.com. Including the full message headers, the URL and the date and time with time zone speeds up the review.

If the source, or the advertised site, is on our server.

§ 1 When to write to us

Link to this clause

Write to us if any of the following comes from, or involves, a site, domain or account hosted on WebArz’s server:

  • spam or unsolicited bulk e-mail;
  • spam, sent from anywhere, that advertises a site hosted on our server;
  • a phishing page or fake shop;
  • malware, a web shell or a phishing kit;
  • a compromised (hacked) site;
  • an open relay or proxy;
  • cryptocurrency mining;
  • network attacks such as port scans, DoS or password guessing;
  • illegal or infringing content.

In short, anything that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. If you see server.webarz.com in a mail header, or the domain’s name servers are tg1.webarz.com and tg2.webarz.com, you are in the right place.

Headers, URL, time zone.

§ 2 What to include

Link to this clause
  1. Full message headers: The visible sender address alone is not enough. Use “show original” or “view source” in your mail client and include all headers, or attach the message as an .eml file.
  2. URL: The full address of the page, including http:// or https://.
  3. Date and time with time zone: For example 2026-09-30 14:05 +03:00.
  4. Source IP address: If you know it, the IP address the message or traffic came from.
  5. A short description: One or two sentences on what you saw.

Please do not attach malicious files; the file’s URL or its SHA-256 hash is enough.

Copy and fill in.

Review, then the steps.

§ 4 What happens next

Link to this clause

Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible. If a violation is confirmed, the steps in our Acceptable Use Policy normally apply:

  1. Step 1Warning

    The account holder is notified in writing and asked to fix the problem.

  2. Step 2Temporary suspension

    If the problem is not fixed or happens again, the account is temporarily suspended.

  3. Step 3Account termination

    If the violation continues, the account is closed.

Exception For serious or ongoing abuse, such as active phishing, malware, a spam run or a compromised account, we do not wait for a warning: we may remove the content, block outgoing mail or suspend the account immediately.

If we need more information, we will write to you. The details in your report are used only for the review.

Postmaster.

§ 5 For mail operators

Link to this clause

server.webarz.com is our hosting server. Mail from hosted accounts passes through it, and this name may appear in the Received lines of mail headers. Every domain we host publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Incoming mail is scanned by SpamAssassin for spam and by ClamAV for viruses.

For delivery problems and operator contact, use postmaster@webarz.com; for abuse, use abuse@webarz.com. Both are role addresses as defined in RFC 2142. Machine-readable contact details: /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116).

If you find a security vulnerability in our server or in this site, you can report it to abuse@webarz.com as well.
